Starting university is an exciting experience. It’s a chance to follow your passion, make new friends and learn new skills, all while on the path to your chosen career. Whatever your reason for studying, it can sometimes be difficult to know where to start – especially if you’re new to University-life.
To help you settle in, Flinders offers an extended orientation program. The program will help you settle into life at Flinders by giving you the information you need, when you need it. It’s also designed to help you make new friends and learn about the support services available to help you succeed.
Whether you’re studying on campus, online in Australia or overseas, there are a range of orientation events to suit you – both online and on campus. Take the time to to find the events you’d like to attend. If they are online events, the link to access the event will be provided.
As a new student you have the opportunity to be part of our Flinders Friends Program. Flinders Friends Program connects new students with a current student to help them settle into life at Flinders and meet other like minded friends. For more information, visit Flinders Friends Program.
