My eQuals is a secure way to view, store and share your digital documents online. All universities across Australia and New Zealand have adopted My eQuals to issue digital Testamurs/Parchments, Transcripts of Academic Record (Transcript) and Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS).
Eligible students and graduates can securely access digital documents and share them with employers, universities and other parties. My eQuals guarantees integrity and authenticity by providing digitally certified documents.
Flinders will launch My eQuals towards the end of 2018. All students who graduate from September 2018 will receive free digital documents, including:
- Digital Testamurs
- Transcripts, and
Graduates will be notified by email when digital documents are available. This will be later in 2018.
When your digital document has been generated, you will receive an email to your Flinders email address providing you with a link to your digital document in the My eQuals portal . You will initially access the My eQuals portal using your FAN log in details.
PLEASE NOTE: Your FAN and email address will expire 12 months after your qualification has been conferred. To ensure ongoing access to the My eQuals portal after your Flinders access expires, please register your personal email address in My eQuals. If you do not link your account before your Flinders email and FAN expire, you will lose your digital documents and fees will apply to reissue your digital documents.
