O’Week takes place the week before Semester begins.
To get off to a good start, we recommend you attend as many events as possible either online or on campus! The Flinders Orientation Planner enables you to create your own personalised schedule of online and on campus events and activities that will help you meet new people, learn about Flinders and your course, and get ready to study.
Flinders offers a number of mentoring programs which will provide you with the support if you need some guidance, peer advice or are just feeling overwhelmed as you start your University journey.
UNIFY sessions will be held throughout O’Week and Week 1 to provide you with plenty of opportunities to connect with your peers.
Have a look through Your O'Week Checklist and Useful Resources below, to ensure that you have completed all the essentials to help you have the best start to university.
Once you have O'Week sorted out, don't forget to explore and plan the rest of your orientation at Flinders. We have a range of events and activities during Connect week (week 1 of semester) to help you learn new skills, meet other students and settle into life at University.
