Studiosity is available online 24/7 throughout the year, even during semester breaks!
You are encouraged to make use of Studiosity's Writing Feedback and Connect Live services to ask questions and improve your work. This 24/7 study support service is free for all Flinders' students.
Upload a draft assignment to Studiosity and a learning advisor will provide you with feedback in less than 24 hours. This includes comments, suggestions, and encouragement about how you can improve your work.
Please note: As at 22 March 2023 the word limit for submission to Studiosity's Writing Feedback service increased to 8,000 words (previously it was 1,500).
You can now also upload your CV for general feedback.
Talk to a learning advisor in real-time using audio or text for help with a range of academic skills including:
Each Connect Live session is approximately 20 minutes (or less, depending on how many questions you have!)
Tip: If you are preparing for drug calculations or LANTITE tests, speaking with a learning advisor using Connect Live can be a good way to improve your skills.
IMPORTANT: Each student has 10 Studiosity interactions per half calendar year. One writing feedback submission or one Connect Live session is an interaction. You are advised to consider your academic workload and plan carefully to make best use of your interactions.
You can access Studiosity directly through your topic Flinders Learning Online (FLO) site/s. Just look for the Studiosity icon in the Assessment Hub. If your topic site does not have an Assessment Hub, the link will be located above the Text Matching Draft Dropbox.
If your topic is in Canvas (Flinders’ new Learning Management System), you can access Studiosity via the link in the menu on the left-hand side.
Higher Degree by Research (HDR) students will access Studiosity from the Online Induction and REST FLO sites.
