Congratulations - You've completed your course!
Conferral is the official awarding of your degree/award by the university.
All students are automatically conferred after completion. Your degree/award will be allocated a conferral date that you are deemed eligible, followed by notification from Graduation Services.
Once your college has reviewed your studies and determined your degree/award has been completed, you will be marked as passed and your unofficial transcript will be updated with the following statement:
“Completed the requirements for (degree) on (date)”
From 1 January 2023, the Australian government requires you to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).
Before your degree can be conferred, you will need to ensure your USI has been updated in the Student System.
To update your USI please follow the instructions below:
A USI is your individual Australian education number that you will have for life. It creates an online record of your Australian education and training achievements.
