As a graduate of Flinders University there are a number of official documents available to you.

Once you have been conferred you will have access to your:

Testamur (A3 certificate)

Academic transcript

Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS)

My eQuals

My eQuals is a secure way to view, store and share your digital documents online. After your conferral date, you will receive free digital documents via My eQuals, including your:

Testamur(s)
Transcript(s), and
AHEGS

Please note that your digital testamur, final transcript and AHEGS cannot be issued before your allocated conferral date.

Testamurs

Your testamur is your official certificate issued by the University. A testamur is a legal document that verifies your award has been conferred and you have received a tertiary qualification.

There are three (3) ways in which to receive your A3 paper testamur: at a Graduation Ceremony, collection from Flinders Connect, or by post.

Academic transcript

An academic transcript is an official record of the topics that you studied, grades received and your grade point average (GPA). Transcripts are used to show completed subjects and details of a completed degree.

An Australian Higher Education Graduation Statement (AHEGS) is a statement that provides a description of your award, the awarding institution, a list of your academic achievements relevant to the degree and a description of the Australian Higher Education System. It provides potential employers and other institutions a greater understanding of your achievements.
