Sustainable Futures: Heritage and Cultural Tourism in Malaysia

This immersive, one-week experience in Malaysia offers students interdisciplinary opportunities designed to build knowledge and raise awareness of social, cultural and environmental challenges in Southeast Asia. Participants will explore diverse urban and regional settings, including Kuala Lumpur and Malacca. Workshops will cover topics such as heritage management, cultural tourism, and sustainable development.

Must have completed 63 units of study by the end of Semester 1 2025 (including GEOG1001) and deemed suitable to represent Flinders University overseas. If GEOG1001 has not been completed, students must provide evidence of completing a similar topic. |

The program cost is AUD $750. The cost for Australian undergraduate citizens can be offset by the RA Simpson Scholarship and OS-HELP up to $9,504 (conditions apply).
