Just like Netflix... but for University software! All Flinders’ students can now access VirtualApps. It’s like Netflix, but for software, as it allows you to securely stream a range of University licensed software 24/7 for free from any device (e.g. Windows, Mac, iOS, Linux, Android, Chrome). Software you could previously only access on campus in the computer labs (e.g. SPSS) can now be accessed from any location – even in the comfort of your own home. VirtualApps also allows you to easily print from your own devices (including mobile) to University printers and helps you easily access your University network drives. For more information about the software available and how to install the application visit the VirtualApps webpage. |
