If you are considering living off-campus in rental accommodation please take the time to familiarise yourself with the rules and regulations concerning rental agreements as covered by South Australian legislation. International Student Services can assist you with your search for off-campus accommodation by providing a rental reference if required.
Use the Adelaide Metro trip planner to work out if the rental property is on a good bus/train route or even in walking distance to the Bedford Park, Tonsley or City campus. The list of Adelaide accommodation websites below will also be helpful to research the current rental market.
If you are under 18 and not living with a parent or legal guardian you must stay in University approved Homestay accommodation. More information on Flinders’ approved homestay provider is available on the Australian Homestay Network website.
