A temporary MFA one-time pass will give you access to your Flinders account and apps for 24 hours. Once your temporary pass expires, you will be prompted to use MFA to access your account.
You can request a one-time pass if you don’t have access to your MFA enabled device and need to sign-in to your FAN urgently.
Once you have found or recovered your MFA enabled device, we highly encourage you to register a backup device in case of emergencies.
If you have lost or broken your MFA enabled device, you will need to register your new device for MFA.
Warning: Have you lost your primary MFA device? Once you submit the MFA self-service form and re-register MFA, it will remove MFA from all your devices. This includes your backup device if you have one set up. We recommend using your backup device until you can find or replace your primary device.
