The WIL placement topic in the Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) enables students to experience a placement in industries related to psychology and the provision of psychological services. The diversity of psychology enables the logical extension of such placements to include most working environments.
Students enrolled in the MPPSC will be placed in one practical setting with a registered psychologist who has been approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to supervise higher degree students. Students enrolled in the MPsych (Clinical) and PhD (Clinical Psychology) programs will be placed in three practical settings with a registered psychologist who has been approved by the Psychology Board of Australia to supervise higher degree students.
You need a number of compulsory clearances and to undertake compulsory training before being allocated a placement.
