Yogyakarta, Jakarta and Makassar - Indonesia
This two week Indonesian mobility project provides an introductory dual purpose learning experience for Flinders University students to develop their international and intercultural knowledge together with a professional competency to engage in the international workplace. In conjunction with institutional partners: Wisma Bahasa, Universitas Gadjah Mada in Yogyakarta, Universitas Indonesia in Jakarta, and Universitas Hasanuddin in Makasar, through language trainingseminars, homestay, and experiential learning activities, students are educated in Indonesian culture and society, economy and workplace, political, and foreign affairs.

On successful completion of the project, students may be eligible to receive 4.5 units of credit
The approximate cost for the trip is $4,160 including;
Students are responsible for additional expenses such as an application for a passport, visa, vaccination, additional meals, extra activities and transport and personal expenses.
A total of 26 x $3,000 New Colombo Plan Mobility grants are available to support eligible participants. In addition, students may also be eligible to apply for an OS Help Loan.
Students are eligible to register with Flinders travel insurance, which is provided free of charge.
