This feel good scavenger hunt is designed to get you moving, laughing, and connecting. Hidden ducks across the city campus will lead to moments of sweetness—both literal and emotional. By blending fun with wellbeing prompts, this event encourages positive thinking, peer connection, and kindness.

Come and get your Wellness age tested for free down at the HUB this Wellbeing week. This 15min assessment will test 3 components of the below options giving you a wellness age.
· Body Composition (MBR, Bodyfat, Muscle mass etc)
· Balance (How well can you stand on one leg?)

· Mind (speed, memory, attention)

Looking to find a moment of stillness and calm? Come and join us for Midday Meditation to unwind and to practice bringing your mind back to the present moment. It is a guided mindfulness meditation and is perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. One of our chaplains Dave runs the 30-minute Midday Meditation every Wednesday and Friday.
