Back By Popular Demand! Take a refreshing break and connect with fellow students on a serene walk along the beautiful River Torrens.
Guided by our friendly International Student Advisor and Student Success & Wellbeing Advisor, we'll use conversation cards to spark meaningful discussions and build new friendships.
The walk will conclude at the City Campus library where you get to enjoy a moment of tail-wagging therapy. :) Don't miss this chance to relax, recharge, and connect! Spaces are limited, please register to attend.

Flinders Mates connects university students through conversations and a range of activities celebrating the diverse cultural groups of the Flinders community.
Flinders Mates is a great way to meet people from different parts of the world, make new friends, expand your intercultural knowledge and build global networks.
Sessions are run by student facilitators creating a safe and casual space for people to connect. Come and enjoy an hour of fun and make new friends!
Join Chris from the Counselling Service for a 15-minute guided mindfulness meditation to reduce stress and help you stay present and focused.
On the Bedford Park campus, we have access to scrub and pine forest land that makes for excellent walks and opportunities to connect with nature to enhance our wellbeing. Join Chaplain Dave for a forest walk to explore this beautiful environment on our doorsteps. Remember to wear appropriate closed footwear and clothing and bring a water bottle.
Looking to find a moment of stillness and calm? Come and join us for Midday Meditation to unwind and to practice bringing your mind back to the present moment. It is a guided mindfulness meditation and is perfect for beginners and seasoned meditators alike. One of our chaplains Dave runs the 30-minute Midday Meditation every Wednesday and Friday.

FUSA and the Respect.Now.Always (RNA) NHS Working Group are bringing you a special event to give you the chance to get comfortable talking about sexual health.
Chat to experts from Shine SA and Thorne Harbour Health, and your local Flinders supports in Health Counselling & Disability, BetterU Campaign and Be a Better Human Campaign, to learn how to take better care of yourself and others.
