Come and get your Wellness age tested for free down at the HUB this Wellbeing week. This 15min assessment will test 3 components of the below options giving you a wellness age.  

·         Body Composition (MBR, Bodyfat, Muscle mass etc)

·         Balance (How well can you stand on one leg?)

·         Mobility (Testing shoulders, hips, ankles, neck)

·         Mind (speed, memory, attention)

·         Strength

·         Cardio

The Australian Lions Hearing Dogs are bringing their adorable trainees back to the library — and you're invited to take a study break with some puppy love! Petting dogs can help boost your mood and lower stress, so come by, chill out, and enjoy some tail-wagging therapy!

You can catch the Australian Lions Hearing Dogs at the Medical Library from 11:30am – 12:30pm.
