R U Ok? Day Last Thursday 10 September was R U Ok? Day - a national day that encourages people to stay connected and, for those who are able, to support those around us. On the day, a panel discussion was held at Bedford Park campus covering topics such as how to ask someone if they are okay, what to say after R U Ok? and tips for looking after your own wellbeing. Watch the panel discussion. While R U Ok? Day is a timely reminder for us to check in how others are going, and to consider our own wellbeing, this is just as important all year. At Flinders, there are a wide variety of free academic, financial, career and wellbeing support services available to help you. For more information about these services, visit the support and services directory. |

Edison “I haven’t failed, I’ve just found 10,000 ways that didn’t work.” Watch this week’s video or read the blog to find out about how learning how to fail means learning how to succeed! |
