Building resilience... like a boss!

Welcome to the ninth blog in our video series "... like a Boss".  This week Dr Lauren Butterworth is helping you to build resilience... Like a Boss.

We all have set backs in our lives, they are unavoidable. Is it possible to train ourselves better to deal with whatever difficulties come our way?

The answer is, yes. Watch Lauren and her experts explain how you can build resilience by clicking the image or
visit our student blog.

Reconciliation Action Plan

Today marks the first day of National Reconciliation Week.

The path to reconciliation is a whole-of-University responsibility and as such, this week we are pleased to be launching the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP), in conjunction with 2020 Reconciliation Week.

Caffeine or Confidence?

For the price of one takeaway coffee a month, you could get 4 hours of group learning to build your confidence.

Visit the
Flinders Uni Toastmasters Club. They have drastically cut the membership fees for concession card-holders (it’s now just $25 to join, plus $20 every 6 months – i.e. per 12 meetings).

They are a friendly group of students (and others) who challenge each other to speak up, listen, and build presentation skills.

Check them out on Facebook.
