Bushfire safety on campus Today, catastrophic and extreme bushfire conditions have been declared for most of South Australia. If you are attending campus on a day of fire danger, check the University’s Emergency Procedures webpage for information on what to do in the event of a bushfire. The most important thing to remember is to stay calm. Remain inside, close all external doors and windows and await instructions from Wardens, Security or Emergency Services personnel who are trained to keep you safe. Read more here. You can also keep up-to-date with the latest state-wide bushfire conditions, advice and warnings by visiting cfs.sa.gov.au. |
