What does success look like for you and how can we help you get there?

We're here to help you succeed

If you have been directed to this page via SMS or email, it’s because we have noticed you’re having difficulty in your course. We have contacted you to offer our support with your progress at Flinders, consistent with our Student Progress Policy.

We understand university can be hard, and there are all sorts of issues that can impact your study. Failing topics or having other academic challenges can lead to stress, additional expenses, or difficulty completing your degree that we would like to help you to avoid.

Therefore, we have developed a brief series of questions to help you build a personalised plan to achieve your goals at university and beyond. The plan will help you:

Work through any difficulties impacting progress in your studies.
Create a plan to develop skills and access resources or support to help you move towards your goals.
Let Flinders support staff know how you are going and ask for further help if you need it.

Once you have completed the “My Success Plan” you can have your personal plan emailed to you. You can also initiate the personal support process (if speaking to an advisor is what you would like to do).

By completing the 'My Success Plan' now, you can get any help you need and avoid further review in the future. If you experience ongoing or escalating difficulties in your course this coming semester, we will then further review your academic progress.
