Students taking this topic will follow a supervised reading program on selected issues in Women's and Gender Studies to be chosen in consultation with the Topic Coordinator.

This topic aims to:
- Enable the student to undertake an individual study in a specialised area of expertise
- Develop the student's ability to research independently

On completion of this topic you will be expected to be able to:
- Critique a body of literature relevant to the area of study
