Topic description

This topic examines: point and interval estimation; hypothesis testing and power; linear models and hypotheses; least-squares equations, residual sums of squares, and their derivations in simple applications; statements of required distributional results; analysis of variance tables; computation-based study of multiple regression and factorial experiments; elementary non-parametric statistical inference.
