Topic description

This topic introduces students to the physiotherapy profession including the development of the profession, scope of current physiotherapy practice, the professional framework in Australia and the philosophical, ethical and theoretical basis for practice.

This topic aims to introduce and orientate students to the profession of physiotherapy.
