This topic aims to introduce students to the design and analysis of electronic circuits and systems, which are encountered in modern consumer electronics and industrial applications.
Expected learning outcomes
At the completion of the topic, students are expected to be able to:
Understand the mechanisms of how electronic components operate
Model electronic components mathematically
Design basic electronic circuits
Develop their logbook and scientific report writing skills
Have a better understanding of the research directions in analog electronics and electronic circuits
