The Graduate Certificate in Education is an 18 unit program offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work on a full fee-paying basis. It normally is completed in one semester full-time or two semesters part-time.
Applicants must normally hold an approved degree or equivalent qualification. However, the Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature.

To qualify for the Graduate Certificate in Education (Early Childhood Studies), a student must complete 18 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the program of study below.
Not all topics necessarily are available in a given year.

EDUC9222 Researching Play and Pedagogies (4.5 units)
EDUC9303 Critical Pedagogies for a Changing World (4.5 units)
