A product called Remote Support allows our support staff to remotely connect to your computer and view, but not control your device. The support staff can annotate your screen and display symbols such as arrows to provide additional direction.
Remote Support is available for all students and can be accessed by launching the Connect app on your Okta dashboard.
Please note, to start a remote support session a University support staff member must provide you with a session key.
Opening hours: 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
After hours or when all staff are busy you will be given an option to leave a voicemail message. Voicemails will be accessed as soon as practical during business hours otherwise you may choose to log an IT support request.
