What is 'Staying in the Loop'?

Staying in the Loop is a monthly HDR student newsletter that is sent on the first Friday of each month to enrolled HDR students and HDR supervisors.

The newsletter contains 'in focus' stories on current and past HDR students successes, useful information, important announcements and upcoming training and workshops.

Why am I receiving 'Staying in the Loop'?

Staying in the Loop is distributed to all enrolled HDR students and HDR Supervisors to keep them informed on what is going on.

When is the content deadline for 'Staying in the Loop'?

Staying in the Loop is distributed on the first Friday of the month.

Submissions are welcomed by COB on the Tuesday prior to the Friday.

Who can submit articles?

We would love to hear from our HDR students and Supervisors.

If you would like to promote your research, talk about a conference or event you recently attended, highlight an achievement or showcase an upcoming event in your college please email gradresearch@flinders.edu.au.

I’m not receiving the newsletter. How can I?

Staying in the Loop is sent using Campaign Monitor where email addresses are manually imported. The HDR student and HDR supervisor lists are updated monthly.

If you have clicked the unsubscribe link in any emails from the Office of Graduate Research in the past, it places your email address on a no send list for all future emails. If you'd like to start receiving them again please email gradresearch@flinders.edu.au.

Can I unsubscribe?

HDR Students and HDR Supervisors can unsubscribe by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of the email.

Please note that this will put your email address on a no send list with Campaign Monitor and you may miss other email updates from the Office of Graduate Research.

Submit an item for the newsletter

If you have news about achievements awards, upcoming events in the College, media articles or anything else that may be of interest to your fellow HDR students, we'd love to hear from you.

'Staying in the Loop' goes to all HDR Students and HDR Supervisors on the first Friday of the month.
