To be read in conjunction with the course rule requirements of the Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Psychology) .
A student may complete a major sequence of 36 units in Disability and Community Inclusion by completing two topics in Year 1 (9 units), three topics in Year 2 (13.5 units) and three topics in Year 3 (13.5 units) in the sequence presented in the program of study below.
The aim of the Disability and Community Inclusion major is to equip students with specific work-integrated knowledge and skills that can be applied in a range of disability and related human service environments.
On successful completion of the major, graduates should be able to:

DSRS1218 Critical Issues in Disability Practice (4.5 units)
DSRS1211 Introduction to Disability and Neurodiversity (4.5 units)
DSRS2220 Family and Professional Partnerships (4.5 units)
DSRS2232 Practicum 1 (4.5 units)
DSRS2236 Practicum 2 (4.5 units)
DSRS3222 Introduction to Counselling Skills (4.5 units)
DSRS3234 Case Management and Support Coordination (4.5 units)
