To qualify for the Major in Civil Engineering a student must complete 36 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the program of study below.

ENGR2822 Civil Engineering Design (4.5 units)
STEM1002 Introduction to Geographical Information Systems (4.5 units)
13.5 units comprising:
ENGR2741 Mechanics and Structures (4.5 units)
ENGR2751 Fluid Mechanics (4.5 units)
ENGR2832 Engineering Geology and Geomechanics (4.5 units)
ENGR2821 Infrastructure Systems Engineering (4.5 units)
ENGR2842 Structural Engineering 1 (4.5 units)
ENGR2882 Waste Management (4.5 units)
