The Bachelor of Education Studies, Bachelor of Disability Studies - Exit Only is only available as an exit award.
This course is only available to existing students in the BEDECSEBS Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood and Special Education), Bachelor of Disability Studies; BEDPRSEBDS Bachelor of Education (Primary R-7 and Special Education), Bachelor of Disability Studies; or BEDMSSEBDS Bachelor of Education (Middle and Secondary Schooling/Special Education), Bachelor of Disability Studies. To be eligible to transfer to the Bachelor of Education Studies, Bachelor of Disability studies students must have successfully completed at least 72 units according to the Program of Study.
In order to be able to exit with the Bachelor of Education Studies, Bachelor of Disability Studies students must indicate their intention to not to proceed with the primary degree and request that they exit with the relevant award.
Students who complete this degree will not meet the professional experience requirements to qualify for registration with the Teachers Registration Board of South Australia.
