The Bachelor of Creative Arts (Honours) (Visual Effects and Entertainment Design) requires 4 years of full-time study. The course is offered by the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences.

To qualify for the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Honours) (Visual Effects and Entertainment Design), a student must complete 144 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the program of study below.
The award of a grade of Fail (F) on more than one occasion in the same topic may constitute prima facie evidence of unsatisfactory progress for the purposes of the University’s Policy on Student Progress.
Not all topics necessarily are available in a given year.
Students achieving a credit level average or better at the end of the third year will be eligible to continue to the fourth year honours degree program. Students who do not meet the GPA requirement will exit with the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Effects and Entertainment Design) on completion of 108 units according to the first three years of the program.
Students who have completed 108 units according to the first three years of the program may choose to exit with the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Visual Effects and Entertainment Design).
