The Bachelor of Creative Arts (Fashion) is offered by the College of Humanities, Arts and Social Sciences as a dual award with the Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology (LMT50307) (prior to 2017)/Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising (MST50116) (from 2017) offered by TAFE SA. The dual award requires three years of full-time study to complete both qualifications. Students are required to enrol concurrently at both the University and TAFE SA to complete the dual award.
Applicants must meet the minimum requirements for consideration for entry to all undergraduate courses as specified in detail in the University Entry Requirements.
54-unit VET Entry Pathway is also available. Applicants must normally hold the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology (LMT60307), the Advanced Diploma of Fashion and Textiles Merchandising (LMT60507), or the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising (MST60116).

Applicants must normally hold one of the following qualifications:
Students admitted to this pathway will receive 54 units of block credit on the basis of the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Merchandising (MST60116), Advanced Diploma of Fashion and Textiles Merchandising (LMT60507) or two-year Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology (LMT60307). Students who have completed the three-year full-time equivalent version of the Advanced Diploma of Applied Fashion Design and Technology (LMT60307) will be eligible to receive 72 units of credit transfer and will only be required to complete 36 units, which must be chosen according to the advice provided by the Course Coordinator.
To qualify for the Bachelor of Creative Arts (Fashion) under the VET Entry Pathway, a student must complete 54 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the program of study listed below.
