To qualify for Honours in Public Policy a student must complete satisfactorily 36 units of study as specified below. The program requires one year of full-time study or the equivalent part-time.
The aims of the Honours program in Public Policy builds upon earlier education in political and public policy studies and aims to develop research and related skills through in depth study of key contemporary public policy issues and areas. The Honours program aims to enhance independent research skills and capacities through advanced research essays and the completion of a thesis of 18,000 words.
Honours Graduates in Public Policy should be able to:
