The Bachelor of Health Sciences Health Management major is offered by the College of Nursing and Health Sciences.

This major aims to educate professionals intending to work in health management. Drawing upon the social health science paradigm, students are offered a variety of health topics within the health and business areas, in addition to relevant topic offerings from other faculties. This program develops a graduates ability to contribute to the social, ethical and culturally sensitive solutions to managing the complex problems for the benefit of society. It aims to develop graduate skills to work effectively in a health care setting and multidisciplinary team environment and improve their practice through critical reflection and learning.

To qualify for the Bachelor of Health Sciences (Health Management) a student must complete 108 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the following program of study.
The award of a grade of Fail (F) in the same topic on more than one occasion may constitute prima facie evidence of unsatisfactory progress for the purposes of the University''s Policy on Student Progress.
Except with the permission of the Course Committee, a student may not proceed to higher year core topics unless they have satisfactorily completed the previous year''s core topics.
