The Master of Laws (International Law and International Relations) is a 72-unit program, comprising a fully online coursework and research program, which is offered by the College of Business, Government and Law.
Students are required to complete 72 units of study for the Master of Laws (International Law and International Relations).
Applicants must normally hold an approved Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
Advanced Entry (1.5 years) applicants who have completed an approved Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution in Law, International Relations or in another discipline related to the field of study may be eligible to complete a program of 54 units.
The Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature.

Up to 18 units of credit may be granted for relevant work experience of at least two years duration in Law or a related field. Credit may also be granted for study completed at postgraduate level in International Law, International Relations or International Studies from Flinders University, or another recognised tertiary institution.
To qualify for the Master of Laws (International Law and International Relations), students must complete 72 units of coursework, with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the following program of study.
