The Graduate Certificate in Social Planning is an 18-unit program offered by the College of Education, Psychology and Social Work, and normally completed in one semester full-time or the part-time equivalent.
Applicants normally must hold an approved Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification from an approved tertiary institution.
The Dean (Education) may, under certain circumstances and subject to specific conditions, admit others who can show evidence of fitness for candidature.

To qualify for the Graduate Certificate in Social Planning, a student must complete 18 units with a grade of P or NGP or better in each topic, according to the program of study below. Not all topics are necessarily available in a given year.

SOAD9224 Integrative Social Planning (4.5 units)
and one 4.5 unit topic from:
