Flinders Connect is the first point of call for any administrative questions you may have.

Course specific advice

College administrative officer

There may be cases where you should contact your course administrative officer directly, rather than going through Flinders Connect, such as when you are having issues related to your timetable or class registration.

Use your college contact information if:

You are unsure which topics to enrol in or need advice
All available classes for a topic are full
Your core topics have a timetable clash
You would like to check attendance requirements
Your class details haven't been published
Your topic doesn't have classes appearing in the timetable
You would like to request special consideration for attendance at a class
You need a pre-requisite waiver.

Course coordinators

There are some cases where you may need to speak directly with your course coordinator. They can be contacted for the following types of issues:

You have specific questions relating to your course
You are struggling with multiple topics and need to plan a way forward with your course
You have a complaint/ or feedback about the course or topic coordinator/s and don't want to go through the official complaints channel
Someone has directed you to contact your course coordinator

Topic specific advice

For assistance with academic issues and questions for an individual topic the first place of contact should be your lecturer or tutor.

If they are unable to help you may then want to contact the topic coordinator.

You can view your topic coordinator details by logging into Compass, and selecting the relevant topic in the 'My Course' section.
